Program Overview:
The Young Graduate Program at Odoo is an intensive, structured initiative aimed at nurturing young professionals to develop them into future senior leaders. Participants will engage in diverse rotations across the Support and Sales function for a period of 6 months to gain hands-on experience of the business, client interactions, receive mentorship from existing leaders and in-depth product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in departmental rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the different functions.
• Collaborate on projects that align with business objectives and contribute to team goals.
• Engage in training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance professional development.
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to drive innovation within the team.
• Get in depth knowledge of Odoo's products and services.
• Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations to support growth and career progression.
