Yoga Practice Teacher : Responsible for all sessions directed and will fully comply and execute the requests forwarded. Train all clients assigned to the best of your knowledge, and ensure they receive a positive outcome and book additional sessions/packages. Responsible for the wellbeing of every client and will ensure they enjoy and benefit from every session. Complete agreed number of sessions per month with clients assigned to the Personal Trainer by the company Manage and maintain trainer app/ records, from booking to cancellations to rescheduling and ensuring that all sessions conducted are reflected in the log Report immediately to Yoga Practise Head on any cancellation or postponing of sessions, or client delays Prepare all client session workouts in advance Connect with every client ahead of the session and manage expectations for location / timing. Provide clients with best in class workout Ensure tracking and monitoring of client objectives, needs and fitness goals Schedule measurement and feedback sessions as needed based on the clients\' objectives Ensure timely follow up of package renewal and collection of package payments (if required) Support the marketing team by creating relevant pieces of content (e.g.: weekly workout video, how to videos etc.) Attend weekly meetings at the office as per the request of the Yoga Practise Head Complete weekly reporting and updates for the management team. Keep timely weekly records of client information on system Return to office after finishing all daily sessions and report daily outcome to Yoga practise head. Work in close collaboration with other wellness experts in the centre Offer expertise to employees of the centre as and when required and as per company policy Offer services to special guests in locations other than the centre as per company directions Offer distance/ Tele/ Digital classes as relevant and as per company policy Immediately report matter to centre head in case of expected harm to guest/ employee Adhere to company timings for all classes Take responsibility of gear provided by the company and be accountable for any damages that occur Anticipate client needs and seek opportunities to exceed his/her expectations Listen to your clients and be attentive to their needs always. Never interrupt if the client is speaking. Do not initiate or engage in "personal conversations" with the clients, unless the client insists on doing so; if this occurs, the personal trainer needs to inform the head of Yoga practise about such incidents CandidateProfile Physically and mentally fit, above 21 years of age with BMI in normal range. Ability to read, write and speak in English. Arabic speaking skills will be welcome though not compulsory. BA or MA in Sport and Physical Education RYS 200 or any certified 200 hours yoga teachers training program completion REPs Category E Yoga Instructor ( www.repsuae.com) Minimum of three years as a Yoga Instructor handling a minimum batch of 15 people and 4 batches a day Experience of working as a Yoga instructor in a luxury hotel or premium wellness centre Refined progress monitoring skills.
