Job Description
The Studio in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for an Arabic & English speaking woman to take on the role of receptionist to book reservations, be responsible for payments, and track record of accounting, keep the studio tidy and clean, as well as take on responsibilities to assist the studio\'s manager and teachers.
- She will be required to be have minimal Yoga knowledge, and curiosity towards what this world has to offer.
- She will be required to be present at the studio prior to class timings and slightly after, open and close the studio during class hours.
- During the rest of the day, she will be available to receive calls and messages and duly reply to them on-time.
- Maintain professional etiquette to welcome visitors and guide them as per requirement.
- Help the staff members with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.
- Maintain fluent communication by conveying important messages arriving through phone calls to the respective staff member.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Help the studio manager with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.
- Keep track of the upcoming events and inform the specific teachers about vital activities and meetings.
- Inform interested and appropriate persons about the company\'s basic details through various communication modes.
- Stay prompt in conducting all the essential tasks and responsibilities expected from a Yoga studio receptionist.
