Eka Mai, a holistic yoga studio, and Eco Mind, a gastro-botanical caf\xc3\xa9 in Dubai, are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team. We\'re looking for a passionate, dynamic individual who practices yoga and lives a conscious, healthy lifestyle to help us tell our brand stories through engaging digital content. : The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. You will manage all social media channels and campaigns, to sustain an engaging audience and to increase audience satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Curation: Devise, design, and execute regular creative photoand video shoots in our cafe and yoga studio and other locations for both Eka Mai and Eco Mind brands. Engage in all aspects of reel creation, including shooting, editing, adding effects, and selecting music.
• Calendar Management: Conceive and maintain an effective social media calendar for both brands, ensuring timely implementation and consistency across all platforms.
• Community Engagement: Be the digital voice of our brands. Foster and facilitate conversations with our followers, answering their inquiries and monitoring their reviews. Engage with our community at least three times daily.
• Project Management: Coordinate all digital projects, including but not limited to contests, giveaways, and collaborations. Supervise these projects from the brainstorming phase until completion.
• Brand Consistency: Develop social media templates within the established brand guidelines, maintaining the visual and narrative identity of each brand.
• Event Coverage: Document all events, workshops, and activities, and provide live updates on social media when required. Capture these moments to enrich our content library.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify, reach out, and establish collaborations with local influencers in alignment with our brand\'s vision and target audience.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on current market trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies, and apply these insights to refine our own approach.
• AI Utilization: Utilize AI technologies such as ChatGPT, AutoGPT, Midjourney, etc. to generate text, video, audio content swiftly and professionally.
• Reporting and Analytics: Regularly extract and analyze data from social media platforms, sharing the findings with the Marketing Manager to inform and adjust our strategies in real-time.
• Group Engagement: Participate in Facebook and other social media groups relevant to our brand\'s target audience to increase our visibility and promote our offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a lifestyle or wellness brand.
• Experience in using AI technologies such as ChatGPT, AutoGPT, Midjourney, etc.
• Yoga practitioner, or interest and knowledge in yoga and wellness practices.
• Experience with Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Animoto, Freepik, Lightroom and similar software/ applications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business\' various types of content.
• An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
• Familiarity with web analytics and ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
