Job Description
- 4+ Years of Yardi Technical knowledge
- Ability to create functions, views, and procedures
- Integration between Yardi and other software. To be able to develop web services
- Expertise in Custom Reports -YSR, SQL, SSRS reports
- Competency in SQL Server, PL/SQL, and Oracle database
- Knowledge of report scheduler, automated tasks, and notifications
- Update scripts to correct the data
- Custom validation control as per the business requirement
- Domain knowledge of the local real estate industry
- Experience of working on .Net platform, Office 365 and MS Power BI
