Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, well-presented

Yacht Stewardess

to deliver exceptional hospitality and service onboard a luxury yacht. The ideal candidate will ensure a five-star guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service & Hospitality

Provide high-end service to guests, including food, beverage, and cabin service Set up and serve formal and informal meals, cocktails, and events onboard Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times

2. Housekeeping & Interior Maintenance

Clean and maintain guest cabins, crew areas, and common spaces Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care to luxury standards Ensure interior areas are immaculate and well-presented at all times

3. Safety & Compliance

Adhere to all maritime safety procedures and emergency protocols Participate in safety drills and onboard training Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards

4. Teamwork & Operations

Work closely with the Chief Stewardess, deck crew, and galley team Assist with provisioning, inventory management, and stock rotation Support turnarounds between charters efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Yacht Stewardess or in luxury hospitality (hotel, resort, airline, cruise) Strong service etiquette and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physically fit and able to meet the demands of yacht life. Candidates must meet
