Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Yacht Stewardess to join our company. The Stewardess will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience on board. This role requires a high level of hospitality, organization, and adaptability in a dynamic, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Deliver five-star hospitality, including serving meals, drinks, and snacks, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Housekeeping: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of interior spaces, including cabins, salons, and dining areas. Perform daily cleaning, laundry, and turndown services. Event Setup: assist with special events or themed evenings as per guest preferences. Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and provisions. Assist with provisioning as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the deckhands, and captains, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to yacht safety protocols, assist with emergency drills, and maintain hygiene standards in compliance with maritime regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, or yachting preferred. STCW certification is a must. Hospitality Skills: Strong customer service mindset with a polished, professional demeanor. Knowledge of silver service and bartending is an advantage. Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, confined environment with long hours and changing schedules. Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a small, tight-knit crew. Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a moving vessel environment. Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
Requirements:

Valid passport and ability to travel internationally. STCW Basic Safety Training Medical fitness certificate for maritime work. Clean background check.
Working Conditions:

Irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, based on guest schedules. Work in various weather conditions and international locations.
