Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Yacht and Boat Broker to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the listing and sales process, from identifying vessels for sale to creating marketing content and closing deals. A strong presence in the field, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to self-produce high-quality photo and video content are essential. This role is ideal for someone deeply familiar with the UAE marine scene and passionate about the yachting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Boat Sourcing & Listings:

Actively search for yachts and boats for sale by visiting marinas, networking with owners, and monitoring websites and classified platforms.

Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of new listings.

Conduct preliminary yacht evaluations, including condition, features, market value, and readiness for sale.

Build and maintain relationships with private owners, captains, and marina managers.

Personally handle photography and videography of listed vessels, ensuring high-quality visual content for use in digital marketing.

Write detailed, accurate descriptions and specifications of each listing.

Coordinate the creation of marketing campaigns, social media posts, and listings across websites and platforms.

Sales & Client Interaction:

Match client inquiries with suitable vessels based on their needs and preferences.

Organize and conduct yacht showings, sea trials, and inspections.

Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from offer to closing.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships post-sale.

Market Intelligence & Presence:

Regularly visit marinas and shipyards across the UAE to stay informed about available boats and new opportunities.

Monitor the online market (local and international websites, forums, etc.) for potential listings or pricing benchmarks.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and buyer behavior.

Documentation & Coordination:

Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and ownership transfer documents.

Work closely with the technical, legal, and logistics teams to ensure smooth closings.

Ensure compliance with UAE maritime and brokerage regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in yacht brokerage, marine sales, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of boats, yachts, and marine systems.

Skilled in boat valuation and condition assessment.

Proficient in using cameras or smartphones for shooting photos and videos.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Well-connected within UAE marinas and marine industry circles.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Full Package salary (depending on experience) + attractive commission structure
