Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories It needs to change!! So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)... to reverse engineer their strategies. \xef\xb8\x8fOur ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. - Your mission will be to develop in-depth and with originality personal development topics with 1 to 2 quality blog posts each week to impact our reader\xe2\x80\x99s lives and improve our website\xe2\x80\x99s referencing.

Your 5 main missions :

1. Write 1 to 2 blog posts each week ...

• Quality, in-depth blog posts that readers are as eagerly awaiting as a kid waits for Santa Claus on December 24th!
• Articles that bring value that our audience will be able to perceive and draw from your writings.
• Articles on various topics but all related to the personal development we love at Paradox: Concrete personal development. The one that provides concrete tools and strategies to help our audience. Not the cool theories on paper that have never changed anyone\'s life.
• We want each article to tell at least one story and make our arguments using scientific studies or true stories from legendary people.
• Each article has to have this special \xe2\x80\x9ctouch\xe2\x80\x9d to make it recognizable as belonging to our brand.

Our Motto is: We share thoughts provoking and life-changing ideas through fascinating storytelling and scientific studies.

2. Writing 4 guest articles per month:

• Quality articles to distinguish ourselves and cultivate our culture, our brand, with new interesting traffic sources.
• To allow Paradox to impact the lives of even more people.
• To allow a better referencing of our website thanks to the SEO tools that you master.

3. To test different formats and to be looking for the following structure that will be a hit.

• Test different lengths, different structures, and approaches to determine which one will have the most impact on your readers\xe2\x80\x99...
• But also different titles and hook.

4. Analyzing :

• Study the feedback from your writings, the interaction they generate to conclude, and...
• Bring out what works and deliver it to the rest of the team.

5. Continuous training and improvement

• At Paradox, improving is not just a matter of practice; every team member is asked to do deliberate practice. That is, making a conscious effort to progress on specific aspects of your mission (such as your articles\xe2\x80\x99 headlines, paragraph structure, sentence length, choice of the lexical field...)
