Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new sales leads via inbound inquiries, referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
Conduct personalized workspace tours for prospective clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored workspace solutions.
Build long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with operations and community teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client handover.
Maintain and update CRM systems; generate regular sales and activity reports.
Represent Czar Workspace at community events, workshops, and networking sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of sales experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for people and spaces.
