We are seeking a skilled
Workshop Technician
specializing inRescue Hoist Systems (RHS), Bumpa Hoist, and Cargo Hawk
to join our team in Abu Dhabi! Reporting to theHoist Supervisor
, you will performinspections, servicing, and repairs
to ensure the safe and serviceable condition of RHS and associated mission equipment.Key Responsibilities:
Perform
equipment inspections, troubleshooting, removal, and installation
of RHS, Bumpa Hoist, and Cargo Hawk systems. Conductoperational and functional checks, assembly, disassembly, and fault rectification
per maintenance manuals and safety directives. Maintain and requisitionparts, shop supplies, and bench stock
for RHS, Bumpa Hoist, and Cargo Hawk repairs.Train and mentor host national personnel
in RHS and mission equipment maintenance procedures. Ensureproper documentation and record-keeping
in line with relevant procedure and regulations. Overseetools and equipment inventory
, ensuring compliance with operational standardsRequired Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma
required Completion of aformal RHS training course
from an accredited military or civilian schoolOJT training
in RHS maintenance (if formally documented)5+ years
experience in aviation maintenance5+ years
working with RHS, includinghoist repair, Bumpa Hoist, and Cargo Hawk
systems Knowledge ofThe Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS)
