We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of GCC experience in the same field are preferred, and candidates from Kerala are given preference.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily activities of the workshop, including scheduling, allocation of resources, and monitoring progress. Lead and manage a team of technicians, mechanics, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed according to established standards and procedures. Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues or delays. Assist in developing maintenance schedules and plans to optimize workshop productivity. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Monitor and control workshop expenses to stay within budget limits. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the automotive or relevant field. Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and high-quality service.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workshop Supervisor in the GCC region. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with workshop management software and systems is desirable. Valid driver's license.
