Automobile Workshop Supervisor

Job Description
One of our clients from the Transportation industry is seeking for a professional and experienced Workshop Supervisor. The incumbent will be responsible for proper supervision for smooth running and will be reporting to the Manager of the workshop.
- Job Location: Dubai
- Salary: 6,000 AED - 7,000 AED
- Ensure full and accurate communication to the workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.
- Ensure all materials and labor resources used are [osted to each job card.
- Maintain up-to-date progress on each and every vehicle under maintenance/repair.
- Ensure Technician's optimum productivity.
- Assign jobs to available technicians who have the level of the required skill.
- Assign work in order to achieve deadlines. notify reception to amend promised times where inaccurate, additional work in authorized, parts delays, technical difficulties and ensure committed delivery times are met.
- Communicate any and all changes that affect a vehicle to the concerned person/department eg completion time, parts, shortage, extra work, warranty refusal, damage found, delayed diagnosis, etc.
- Accurately and timely post all resources to the job card in System including labor, oils, paints, AC, bought-out materials, and Sub-let work.
- Monitor technician's performance, productivity, and efficiencies on a daily and weekly basis.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
