Job Key Details
- Fully utilize the workshop available labor and resources to achieve set targets
- Monitor the team to ensure quality work is generated
- Provide assistance, training and guide the team members
- Assist in arranging and maintaining the workshop
- Observe the staff start and finish times
- Make sure all records in the workshop are properly maintained
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workshop and its environs
- Prepare reports and spare parts list as requested
- Make sure all workshop equipment and tools are tested and certified
- Maintain the most effective use of the available time, tools and equipment
- Handle the daily schedule of works conducted in the workshop
- Make sure the technicians conduct work within the scheduled time frame
- Should hold the relevant Engineering Degree
- Minimum two years of experience in the workshop
- Should be fluent in English
- Must be highly organized and a good leader
- Should be computer literate
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Strong knowledge of maintaining tools and equipment
- Excellent communication abilities required
- Should be able to work well under pressure
