Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR . Handle repairs and maintenance of all fleets like Heavy duty trucks, Light and Commercial vehicles, Equipment's, Plant & Utilities. . Handle the Periodic, Preventive and Repair maintenance of entire fleet independently using our own resources and less dependency of outside aid. . Should carry out trouble-shooting wherever required, assist technicians in diagnosing, selection of correct spares, refer the technical manuals. . Coordinate with Workshop Manager on daily basis and ensure proper manpower utilization and work execution of allocated jobs. . Coordinate with Operations to assure all fleet vehicle issues are tracked, resolved and for effective maintenance and breakdown reporting . Develop and Manage Workshop team efficiently to handle day/night shift and breakdown effectively. . Ensure proper investigation of problems in coordination with technicians and execute proper repairs. Also avoid repeated failures and frequent breakdowns. . Spare parts arrangements should be made in time and proper inventory-control is necessary. All critical spares should be maintained in stock. . Ensure that the periodic and preventive maintenances are carried out as per the check list and correct OEM guidelines. . Will be the quality inspector for all sorts of repairs and maintenance carried out in the Workshop. . Prepare job cards for all maintenance & breakdown records . Should ensure misuse of spares, tools & tackles, manuals, special tools and control wastages of consumables, lubricants, etc. Manage Workshop Store. . Adhere to all safety requirements and strict compliance is required. Proper house-keeping has to be maintained in the Workshop and Yard. . Build relationships with suppliers/vendors locally and internationally, ability to develop vendors will also be an added value. . Report all incidents, accidents and malpractices to Workshop Manager and related departments. . Finally ensure smooth operations by maintaining proper decorum/discipline in Workshop and follow all instructions of Superiors. . Adjust to changes in responsibilities and targets according to management decisions. . KPI will be decided on the ability to control cost, proper manpower utilization, fleet utilization i.e. maximum productivity and maintain proper reports/documents

SALARY - 450 - 550 Holiday: Fridays Holiday Accomodation ;: Provided Contract Period: 2 Years and Renewable
