Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations in our premium auto detailing center.

This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on workshop experience, and the ability to control processes, staff performance, and client flow.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and supervise daily workshop operations Manage and control workshop staff (detailers, technicians, assistants) Monitor quality of work and compliance with company standards Coordinate job schedules and workload distribution Order and control materials, chemicals, tools, and consumables Communicate with suppliers and monitor stock levels Meet clients, accept vehicles, inspect cars upon arrival and before delivery Hand over vehicles to clients and ensure customer satisfaction Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the workshop
Requirements

Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor / Foreman / Team Leader in automotive or detailing industry Strong understanding of auto detailing processes Leadership and staff management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good communication skills in English (Russian is a plus) Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, inventory, scheduling) Responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
