Workshop Parts Purchaser
Job Description
Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Procure automotive parts, components, and accessories based on workshop requirements and repair schedules.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory levels.
Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Collaborate with mechanics and workshop managers to understand parts requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of parts to minimize vehicle downtime.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
Manage relationships with existing suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Handle procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
UAE DRIVING LICENSE IS MUST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
