Workshop Operator
Job Description
Operate workshop machinery and tools (e.g., lathes, milling machines, welders, drills) in a safe and efficient manner.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications.
Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on tools and equipment.
Ensure workshop cleanliness and organization to meet health and safety standards.
Monitor production quality and report any defects or issues.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of materials or tools.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
