As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the workshop in Qatar. Your main objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the workshop while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Supervise and lead a team of technicians, mechanics, and other workshop staff. Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with the established standards and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the performance of workshop staff, providing feedback and training as needed. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to optimize workshop productivity. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring their availability for timely repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate work activities and resolve any issues or challenges. Monitor workshop expenses and control costs within the allocated budget. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the automotive or relevant field.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager in the GCC region. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes. Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with workshop management software and systems is desirable. Valid driver's license.
