We are looking for a Fleet & Workshop Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee the efficient execution of preventive maintenance activities for heavy equipment and vehicles, ensuring safety and operational readiness at all times. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance management. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians to perform daily preventive maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. Oversee maintenance activities for heavy equipment and vehicles, ensuring all work is performed to high standards. Coordinate with the procurement team to request, follow up, and ensure the timely delivery of spare parts. Prepare and submit weekly reports on the status of serviced equipment and vehicles. Monitor and report any misuse or improper handling of vehicles and equipment. Inspect vehicles to ensure preventive maintenance is completed prior to release to the Operations Department. Request necessary tools and equipment to perform preventive maintenance effectively. Supervise on-site repairs in coordination with the Corrective Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Section Head. Ensure availability of all required materials and spare parts before initiating maintenance work. Implement the periodic maintenance schedule and report any deviations, including causes and recommendations. Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Diploma. Proven experience in fleet and workshop maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, heavy equipment, and vehicle systems.
