Assist skilled mechanics, electricians, welders) with various tasks, including:
Tool and equipment preparation and cleanup
Material handling and transportation
Basic repairs and maintenance
Cleaning and organizing the workshop
Supporting preventative maintenance activities
Operate basic hand and power tools (with proper training and supervision)
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
