Job Description

Job Summary: The Workshop Coordinator at our Couture Design House plays a pivotal role in facilitating efficient coordination between management, the workshop, incoming and outgoing orders, and the production process. This position is responsible for streamlining workflow, ensuring that orders are processed seamlessly, and maintaining a productive and organized environment for our design and production teams. Key Responsibilities: Workshop and Production Management:
  • Oversee daily operations in the design workshop and production areas.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure that orders are produced in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production schedules.
  • Order Processing:
  • Act as the main point of contact for incoming orders and client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to understand client needs and expectations.
  • Schedule and prioritize orders to meet delivery deadlines and client requirements.
  • Workflow Coordination:
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between various departments, including design, production, and management.
  • Establish and maintain a clear system for tracking the progress of orders from initiation to delivery.
Quality Control:
  • Implement and uphold quality control standards to ensure that all products meet the Couture Design House\'s exacting standards.
  • Inspect finished products to verify quality before releasing them for delivery.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Generate regular reports on order status, production progress, and inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, ensuring proper documentation and archiving.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field, such as fashion design, supply chain management, or a relevant area.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in the couture or fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of workshop equipment, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Fashion related: 2 years (Required)
