Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- AP & AR Ledger reviews
- Supplier interaction \xe2\x80\x93 account reconciliations and resolving supplier queries
- Customer interaction \xe2\x80\x93 account reconciliation, expediting debt collections & DSO analysis
- Banking compliance and account management
- Bank facility management \xe2\x80\x93 loans, overdrafts, factoring, etc
- Daily cash management including transfers, posting of payments, petty cash, bank reconciliations, etc
- Preparation and management of weekly cash flows
- Recording & reconciliation of Intercompany Invoices.
- Assist in Audits
- Ad-hoc duties as required by AMEC Financial Controller.
- Recognized Professional Accounting qualification and qualified by experience
- Good computer skills and understanding of MS Office, especially excel
- Prior experience in treasury and cash management
- 10 years of relevant finance & accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and entries.
- Prior experience in a multi-national company
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
