About the Role

We're looking for a

Technical Workflow Compliance Specialist

who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge automation tools and ethical, business-oriented compliance. You'll audit and evaluate automated workflows and agent, ensuring they align with universal standards and our built frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and Report the outcomes of available workflows and AI Systems, as well as designing automated compliance workflows to assist the continuous monitoring of all agents. Write detailed compliance reports and documentation on system behaviour and risks. Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams to ensure workflows meet internal compliance criteria. Build small tools or scripts (in Python, JavaScript, etc.) to support compliance automation or visualization. Help shape evolving standards for technical and ethical compliance within the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Data Science, or AI

1-2 years working experience in

Python, JavaScript

is required. Preferably in the healthcare or business related sector. Ability to understand automated agent behaviours, mitigate adverse outcomes and automate systems to adopt compliance. Basic Understanding of Regulatory standards and AI Ethics Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with business, clinical, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus to Have)

Prior certifications or experience in compliance, ethical AI, or business policy. Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance. Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, LangChain, Temporal, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.
