Career Launcher UAE is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented

Part-Time Telecaller

to connect with parents and students, generate leads, book counselling sessions, and support enrolments across our academic and competitive exam programs.

This role is

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to

leads provided by Career Launcher

(no cold calling from scratch) Explain Career Launcher programs: CBSE, IGCSE, IB tuition (Grades 6-12) Competitive exams: SAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, JEE, NEET Understand parent/student requirements and

counsel appropriately

Book demo classes, counselling sessions, or walk-ins

Follow up with interested leads via calls & WhatsApp Maintain call logs and lead updates in CRM / Excel Coordinate with the centre team for closures and admissions

Incentives & Earnings (Attractive)

High Performance Incentives

: Incentive per enrolment Slab-based monthly bonus Extra incentives for premium programs (SAT / CLAT / IPM / IB)

No cap on incentives

- performance decides earnings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good

communication skills in English.

(Additional languages like Malayalam / Tamil / Arabic is a plus) Prior experience in

telecalling, sales, education counselling, or customer support

preferred Confident, polite, and persuasive calling style Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM) Ability to handle parents professionally and patiently
