We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our well-established flower business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, increasing sales, and promoting our floral products and services to walk-in clients, corporate clients, and event planners.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with floral selections and purchases
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Promote products and services to increase in-store and online sales
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with the design team to fulfil custom flower arrangements
Maintain knowledge of seasonal flowers, trends, and pricing
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Assist with display setup, inventory updates, and store presentation
Coordinate with event planners and provide floral solutions for events and weddings
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or the flower industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, approachable, and customer-service-oriented attitude
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Fluent in English
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
