We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Front-End Web Developer

with hands-on experience in

WooCommerce

to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), WordPress/WooCommerce customization, and have a solid understanding of

SEO principles

and

digital marketing

strategies. You will be responsible for building and optimizing e-commerce websites that are not only visually appealing and user-friendly but also perform well in search engines and support marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom front-end features for

WooCommerce

-powered websites. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into responsive, interactive web pages. Customize WooCommerce themes and plugins to fit business needs. Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility. Optimize website performance (load speed, usability, accessibility). Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, structured data, page structure, etc.). Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing teams to align design with marketing strategy. Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to monitor and improve site performance and SEO rankings. Create and maintain landing pages for paid ads, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts. Stay updated on web development trends, SEO algorithms, and e-commerce innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Front-End Developer

, with a strong portfolio of WooCommerce/WordPress sites. Proficient in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

. Experience with

WooCommerce

theme and plugin customization. Familiarity with

WordPress page builders

(Elementor, WPBakery, etc.). Knowledge of

technical SEO

,

on-page optimization

, and

website performance optimization

. Understanding of

UX/UI principles

. Experience with

Google Analytics, Google Search Console

, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Familiarity with

digital marketing strategies

including content marketing, email marketing, and PPC is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Git and version control systems. Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (SASS/LESS). Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Understanding of accessibility and web standards (WCAG).
