This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon business, leveraging the Zenoti platform to optimize our administrative processes and enhance the overall client experience.

As a Zenoti Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our home service beauty business, with a focus on utilizing the Zenoti platform to streamline operations and improve efficiency. You will work closely with our team of beauty professionals to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, allowing our staff to focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Zenoti Platform Management: Utilize the Zenoti platform to its full potential, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, client management, inventory management, and reporting.
Staff Training and Support: Train new staff members on how to use the Zenoti platform effectively and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure proficiency.
Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage client appointments, ensuring that schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
Client Communication: Oversee client communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries and appointment requests.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as appointment bookings, client retention, and revenue, and use this data to identify areas for improvement.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of beauty products and supplies, place orders as needed, and ensure that inventory is properly tracked within the Zenoti platform.
Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including data security and privacy laws, and implement measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in a salon or spa environment, with specific experience using the Zenoti platform.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the Zenoti platform, including advanced knowledge of its features and functionality. Familiarity with other salon management software is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all administrative tasks.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
