Window Tinting Sales Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our window tinting sales operations. The role involves managing a sales team, developing new business in automotive, residential, and commercial sectors, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Train, mentor, and supervise the sales team.
Build strong client relationships and handle escalations.
Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth delivery.
Requirements:
3-5 years of sales experience (2+ years in a supervisory role).
Experience in automotive or window tinting industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to grow sales and meet targets.
Valid driving license preferred.
