Prepare vehicle surfaces for film application (cleaning, inspection, and surface prep).
Accurately cut and install window tint films on all vehicle types.
Install full or partial PPF kits, including bumpers, hoods, mirrors, and custom areas.
Ensure flawless application by eliminating bubbles, creases, and misalignment.
Handle post-installation finishing and quality control checks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
Educate customers (when needed) on proper care of tint/PPF installations.
Collaborate with team members and follow all safety and installation procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in window tinting and/or PPF installation (1+ years preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and materials.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and maneuver vehicle parts as needed.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new film types and techniques.
