Role Description 1.Monitor Plant Operations : Operate and monitor control systems, consoles, and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Waste heat power plant. In hand knowledge of starting of Turbine and generator with the required SOP\xe2\x80\x99s. 2. Control Equipment : Control various equipment such as boilers, turbines, generators, pumps, and auxiliarysystems from the control room and field. 3. Respond to Alarm : Monitor alarms and indicators, respond promptly to deviations, abnormalities, or equipment malfunctions, and take appropriate corrective actions. 4. Follow procedures : Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and safety. 5. Perform Regular Checks : Conduct routine inspections, log readings, and data entry to maintain accuraterecords of plant operations and performance. 6.Troubleshhot Issues : Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, conduct initial diagnosis, and implement corrective measuresor escalate issuesas necessary. 7.Collabrate with Teams : Coordinate and communicate effectively with other required personnel to ensuresmooth operation and address any concerns. 8. Emergency Response : Act swiftly and appropriately during emergencies or system failures, following established emergency procedures and protocols. 9. Report Generation : Prepare shift reports, incident reports, and maintenance requests as required by the plant\'s protocols. Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in power plant operations, control systems, and equipment. Critical Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify problems, and make quick and effective decisions. Communication: Proficient Verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and report plant conditions accurately. Attention to Detail: Diligence in monitoring and recording operational parameters and deviations. Safety Consciousness: Commitment to safety procedures and protocols.
Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Adaptability: Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational needs.
