Job Summary:
As a Wholesale Trade Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily wholesale trade activities. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure will be highly valued in this role.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in generating and maintaining customer relationships
• Gather and analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer records
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipment, and any inquiries they may have
• Process and track orders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with the logistics department to coordinate shipments both domestically and internationally
• Assist in pricing and negotiating terms with suppliers
• Support the sales team with product presentations and demonstrations
• Identify and suggest strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in a wholesale or trade related role
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of wholesale trade practices and market trends
• Knowledge of commonly used accounting and inventory software is a plus
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
