We are looking for Wholesale Manager who can join us immediately
Strictly with
VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE.
Preferably with own car.
With background experience in
Sanitary Wares & Tiles
supply industry.
Good communication skills. Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
UAE market experience required
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve wholesale targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the wholesale customer base.
Maintain relationships with existing wholesale clients and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability to meet wholesale demands.
Coordinate with the procurement department to manage inventory levels effectively.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Logistics and Distribution:
Oversee the logistics process, including order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Coordinate with logistics team to optimize distribution routes and minimize costs.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of wholesale orders to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Supervision:
Supervise and provide guidance to the wholesale sales team.
Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities in the wholesale industry.
Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, cost analysis, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products or tailor existing products to meet wholesale customer needs.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the wholesale budget, including revenue forecasts, expenses, and profit margins.
Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Quality Control:
Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications before distribution.
Implement quality control measures to address any issues or defects identified during the wholesale process.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
