The school opened in 2017 and follows the British Curriculum (Cambridge board) from Early Years through to A-level. School Requirements The school is seeking to recruit a Head of Secondary to support the school as it looks to embark on the next phase of growth and development. This position would suit those looking to take the next step on their career pathway as the current secondary school is less than 100 students with a capacity for 250 students. Applicants should have;

• Previous leadership experience.
• Prior experience of teaching the English National Curriculum and/or Cambridge
• Experience of current initiatives and developments in teaching
• Experience with those with English as an additional language is a distinct advantage.
• The capacity to support creative learning and to focus on developing 21st Century learning environments and innovation skills
