Assist piling and construction activities by supplying materials to rigs, cranes, and other site machines.
Conduct daily inspections of the loader (oil, fuel, brakes, hydraulics, tires, and general condition).
Perform minor maintenance tasks and report major mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
Ensure proper positioning, leveling, and material handling following site supervisor instructions.
Adhere to all safety rules, including machine operation guidelines and site PPE requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the loader.
Coordinate with site supervisors, rig operators, and truck drivers for smooth workflow.
Follow traffic rules and safe driving practices inside and outside the site.
Record fuel usage, operating hours, and daily machine log as required.
Skills & Requirements:
Valid
UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License
(required).
Proven experience operating a
Wheel Loader
in a
construction or piling
environment.
Strong understanding of site safety rules and safe machine handling.
Ability to read and follow instructions from supervisors.
Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor site environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
