Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Wheel Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating wheel loaders to perform a variety of tasks including lifting, loading, transporting materials, and site preparation. The Wheel Loader Operator must be knowledgeable about heavy equipment, safety regulations, and efficient operation to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate wheel loaders to lift, load, and transport materials such as soil, gravel, sand, or construction debris around job sites. Load trucks with materials for transportation or assist with material handling to and from storage areas. Perform pre-operational checks on the equipment to ensure the wheel loader is in safe working condition. Follow operational guidelines, safety protocols, and company policies while working on construction sites. Ensure that materials are handled and loaded safely, avoiding spillage or damage. Work in coordination with other machinery operators, construction workers, and supervisors to ensure the smooth flow of operations on the site. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the wheel loader, including checking for leaks, tire wear, and mechanical issues. Ensure the wheel loader is cleaned and properly stored when not in use. Troubleshoot and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor. Assist in the preparation and clearing of work areas by moving large materials, debris, and obstacles.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
