As part of our growth, we are seeking a WhatsApp Business API Specialist with strong expertise in Meta account configuration, verification, and integration to ensure seamless onboarding for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end WhatsApp Business API account setups for new clients. Oversee Meta Business Manager account and portfolio verification processes. Configure and verify phone numbers for WhatsApp Business API usage. Handle number linking, migration, and troubleshooting during onboarding. Manage Official WhatsApp Business Account (Blue Tick) verification requests. Collaborate with clients to ensure successful Meta account integration with their business portfolio. Provide expert guidance on best practices, compliance, and Meta/WhatsApp policies. Maintain accurate records of client verifications, account status, and integrations. Stay up to date with changes in Meta/WhatsApp API policies and features.

Qualifications

Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API account setups, verifications, and integrations. Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, account verification, and portfolio linking. Hands-on experience in handling Blue Tick verification requests. Technical background in APIs, SaaS platforms, or messaging solutions (preferred). Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
