Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Meta & Marketing Integration Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Meta platforms

including

WhatsApp API and email account integrations

, and a strong understanding of

digital marketing channels

such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other outreach platforms.

The candidate will also be responsible for

training internal staff

and

consulting with clients

regarding the usage of our business web application.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and integrate Meta Business accounts, WhatsApp Business API, and email systems. Configure, monitor, and maintain marketing tools and channels. Guide and train internal users on the usage of Meta and other integrated marketing platforms. Assist clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimizing their use of the Business Line web application. Handle client queries regarding digital marketing, WhatsApp API usage, and application functions. Conduct training sessions (in-person or online) in

English, Urdu, and Arabic

. Collaborate with the development and support teams to ensure smooth client experiences. Maintain documentation of processes and provide suggestions for improvements.

Required Skills:

Proven experience with Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp API, and email integrations. Understanding of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Ability to provide client consultation and technical support. Strong communication and training skills. Proficient in

English, Urdu, and Arabic

(spoken and written). Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in IT, Digital Marketing, or Business Development. Experience working in SaaS-based environments. Familiarity with CRM, automation tools, and customer support platforms.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
