Co-ordinate with the buying team to maintain season buying files with delivery tracking. Prepare and maintain season-wise shipment/PO tracker and update with actual receipts.
Ensure data accuracy on Category/PO masters post the upload in ERP by the EDP team. Ensure timely posting of GRN in the system by providing the information required by the inventory team.
Monitor Seasonal Sell Through & Best/Worst sellers at Brand/Category level.
Assist in providing information on brand/category sales history, stock budget, current inventory level, to prepare sales forecast by brand/category and season to ensure seasonal 'open-to-buy' figures.
