Estimator / Surveyor

to join our team and lead the successful delivery of our projects.

Your Role as Estimator / Surveyor

You will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, taking accurate site measurements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring all project costs are well-managed from concept to completion. This role bridges both technical and commercial aspects of project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements for exhibitions and interior projects Interpret design drawings, layouts, and technical documents for estimating purposes Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations based on materials, labour, and production requirements Liaise with project managers, designers, suppliers, and contractors to gather pricing and timelines Monitor actual costs against estimates and assist in cost control throughout project execution Support tender submissions and attend site meetings as needed Maintain a comprehensive database of rates, material costs, and subcontractor pricing

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying within exhibitions Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, production techniques, and installation processes Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical documents Proficiency in MS Excel, estimation software, and basic project management tools Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset UAE driving license is a plus
