Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for retail brands.
Plan and implement promotional activities to drive footfall and sales.
Coordinate with visual merchandising, operations, and digital teams for campaign execution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Manage agency relationships, media planning, and marketing budgets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in retail marketing or brand management. ( Salary 10 to 12k)
Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
