To keep a track on the expiry and be responsible for the renewal of the Medical and Group Life insurance for all ambassadors in the hotel
Responsible for processing all the necessary papers for reimbursement.
Tracks and reports monthly summary of incidents and safety statistics, champion\xe2\x80\x99s hotel\xe2\x80\x99s prevention of lost-day claims, by probing incidents and reporting for standards.
Providing medical reports in case of incidents and ensuring that proper medical care is given.
Files all general documents and correspondence and ensures the confidentiality in all matters relating to the Human Resources department.
Update ambassador\xe2\x80\x99s records in regards to incident report, and short \xe2\x80\x93 term disability days and leave accumulated days.
Authorizes and controls sick leave of ambassadors at all levels and submitting monthly sick leave report to the HR department.
Daily tracking of the ambassadors visiting the clinic.
