Job Description

A - PRINCIPAL RESPOSIBILITIES 1. Advise clients on the most appropriate testing technologies, offering expert guidance. 2. Plan, supervise, and consolidate findings from wellhead activities, integrity assessments, drilling, and testing, delivering comprehensive reports to clients. 3. Organize and oversee service performance, including tools and equipment preparation, qualification, and dispatch. 4. Direct the selection, loading, unloading, and qualification of tools and equipment for each job. 5. Manage well-site operations to meet client requirements, operate equipment, and ensure safety compliance. 6. Lead safety meetings and enforce safety regulations. 7. Foster and strengthen client relationships through regular contact and promotion of company services. 8. Isolate and document field failures, taking necessary repair actions. 9. Sign service orders as an authorized company representative and ensure client representatives' signatures at the beginning and conclusion of service operations.

10. Handle equipment accountability and safety-related follow-up duties. 1. Ensure compliance with company policies, personnel practices, quality systems, and health, safety, and environmental standards. 2. Complete required safety training, including drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fire safety, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, risk reporting, IT security, and hazardous materials. 3. Specialize in wellhead maintenance, well integrity, and sealant operations. 4. Supervise operations, conduct testing of wellhead voids and seals, and repair valves on X-mas trees. 5. Proficiency in pressure testing equipment, risk assessments, and permits to ensure safe and efficient task completion. 6. Conduct tubing hanger, slip, seal, and packoff testing and fluid returns on Downhole Safety Valve (DHSV) in accordance with well operation procedures. 7. Handle non-curing sealant products designed to isolate hydraulic control line leaks in DHSV control line compression fittings. 8. Develop and establish the company's Asset Integrity Management Strategy, focusing on well integrity, flow assurance, and surface asset integrity.
