Position Part-Time Welding Trainer
Location Al Qusais - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver both classroom and practical instruction in MIG, TIG, Arc, and other welding methods. Develop lesson plans, training content, and assessment tools aligned with course objectives. Maintain a safe and functional training environment, including equipment and workshop oversight. Monitor and evaluate student performance through exams, practical tests, and ongoing assessments. Stay updated on advancements in welding technology and integrate relevant innovations into instruction. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support student development. Maintain accurate training documentation and support internal and external audit/compliance processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Certified Welder or Diploma in Welding Technology or related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in welding and fabrication.
Previous teaching or training experience preferred. Good communication and instructional skills. Knowledge of welding codes and safety regulations.Job Type: Part-time
