Welding Supervisor
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication and proven leadership skills in managing welding operations.

AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month (based on experience) + overtime
Work Schedule:
8 hrs/day and 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily welding and fabrication operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and welding procedures
Review fabrication drawings and assign work accordingly
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
Train and lead a team of welders and helpers
Maintain accurate documentation of work progress and material usage
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welding Supervisor in a structural steel fabrication environment
Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) and fabrication methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Good communication and team leadership skills
Age preference: Below 40 years
