We are looking for a dedicated and skilled
Welding Supervisor
to oversee daily welding operations within our Cable Tray Manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure that welding activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily welding operations and allocate tasks to welders. Ensure welders follow safety procedures and quality requirements. Inspect welding work for accuracy, finish, and compliance with drawings. Coordinate with production and quality control teams for smooth workflow. Train and guide welders to improve skills and productivity. Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Welding or equivalent. Solid knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Arc) and fabrication techniques. Prior experience in cable tray or sheet metal fabrication is an advantage. With or without UAE experience . Strong leadership and communication skills.
