Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to join our team in supporting and selling a range of welding and cutting equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and sales of machines such as CNC Plasma Cutters, Orbital Welding Systems, and related automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

sales and technical service support

for various brands of welding machines, cutting systems (Plasma, CNC, Oxyfuel), and accessories. Conduct

installation, commissioning, and maintenance

of welding and CNC cutting machines, including gantry-type systems. Perform

electrical troubleshooting, debugging

, and problem resolution as per company standards. Handle

calibration and certification

of welding equipment and ensure compliance with industry requirements. Deliver

on-site and remote customer training

, addressing all levels of technical personnel. Develop and maintain a

customer database

, tracking visits and follow-ups using Excel and internal tools. Identify and generate

new leads

for business development, including daily prospecting activities. Supervise and support junior or field engineers in service and installation procedures. Support the

sales of consumables and automation solutions

, including laser and plasma CNC systems. Ensure

customer satisfaction

through timely and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in a similar role involving welding and CNC cutting equipment. Proven experience with

Orbital Welding Systems

,

SPMs

,

Plasma Cutting Machines

, and

Stud Welding Tools

. Strong

technical troubleshooting

and

problem-solving

skills. Ability to travel frequently for site visits, installations, and customer support. Proficiency in

Excel

and other documentation tools for customer data management. Excellent

communication skills

in English and Hindi Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
