Required Qualifications:
API 650 Welding Inspector Certification
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Welding Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in welding inspection, preferably on large tank construction projects.
Proven experience with large storage tank fabrication/construction.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of welding codes: API 650, ASME Section IX, AWS standards.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with welding NDT methods: RT, UT, PT, MT.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good reporting, documentation, and computer skills.
Communication and coordination with project and quality teams.
