We specialize in electro-mechanical, civil engineering, and industrial construction projects, particularly in oil storage terminals, pressure pipelines, and process plant infrastructure.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Welding Foreman

to oversee welding operations on industrial and oil & gas construction sites. The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in

GTAW (TIG Welding)

and a solid understanding of

ASME welding codes and standards

. This role requires a leader who can manage welding teams, ensure quality, and deliver timely execution of fabrication and erection works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily welding activities at site and workshop. Ensure that all welding work complies with

ASME standards

, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), and project requirements. Lead and guide welders, fitters, and helpers in executing

GTAW (TIG)

and other welding processes. Review welding drawings, procedures, and job cards before execution. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain productivity levels. Coordinate with welding inspectors, QC team, and site engineers for welding inspections and approvals. Maintain accurate records of welding activities, welder performance, and progress reports. Ensure all safety measures and PPE compliance are strictly followed during hot works. Identify and resolve any technical issues related to welding activities. Train and assess welders when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or ITI Certification in Mechanical / Welding Technology. Minimum

3 years GCC experience

as a Welding Foreman in oil & gas or industrial projects. Proficient in

GTAW (TIG)

and familiar with

SMAW, FCAW

, and

GMAW

processes. Strong command over

ASME Section IX

and other applicable welding codes. Experience in welding of pipelines, tanks, structural steel, and pressure vessels.

Key Skills:

Deep knowledge of

GTAW processes

and welding consumables. Familiar with reading and interpreting

welding symbols, blueprints, and P&ID drawings

. Team leadership and site coordination. Strong understanding of

welding inspection

and

NDT processes

. Ability to troubleshoot welding defects and guide rework. Good communication and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
