Supervise welding teams at the workshop.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
Interpret and implement fabrication drawings and welding specifications.
Ensure all welding activities meet safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with the QA/QC department for inspections.
Maintain welding equipment and consumables.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Gulf experience is an advantage (if applicable).
